Our Sales Policy
All bunnies sold at Larindy's Bunny Barn will be held to the following sales policy. A copy of this policy will be given to you at time of purchase.
HEALTH
All of our rabbits will be healthy, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of sale.
We will not sell any rabbit showing outward signs of visible illness.
No bunny will leave our barn under 8 weeks of age.
If the rabbit you have purchased should become ill or die within 7 days of purchase, I will gladly replace the rabbit based on what I have available. I can not be held responsible for any vet costs. Any evidence of abuse, neglect, improper diet, heat stroke, failure to follow feeding instructions, physical accidents, rabbits housed or transported with other breeders rabbits, death or injury caused by other animals as determined by my veterinarian (at buyers expense) will render this warranty VOID.
We handle our rabbits on a daily basis. We will not sell any animal that show signs of aggression or biting while still inside our barn.
Rabbits can be unpredictable! I do not knowingly sell vicious animals. I will not be responsible in any way for injuries caused by the handling of our rabbits before or after the sale is complete.
It is your YOUR responsibility to check over the rabbit you are interested in for health issues, proper teeth alignment, and correct sex. Mistakes can be made in sexing young rabbits, even though I have made every effort to do so correctly.
***This guarantee does not cover teeth, personality, or fertility.
QUALITY
The rabbits we have listed as show or breeding stock are rabbits we believe would have the qualities that would be useful in a breeding or showing program.
All show quality animals are sold without any known disqualifications at the time of sale, but are not guaranteed to place at shows.
I can not guarantee show quality, reproductive ability, or quality of the offspring. We do not sell any rabbit for show that we would not put on the table.
We cannot guarantee the results of your showing or breeding rabbit purchased from us.
All breeding and showing stock will be sold with a complete pedigree.
DELIVERY
We will NOT ship any rabbits from our rabbitry.
We will be happy to deliver any rabbit to a show that we are attending.
PETS
Rabbits considered PET quality will not have a pedigree. It will come with it's own birth certificate.
Your new bunny friend will leave Larindy's Bunny Barn with a small care package!
It includes a simple care sheet, a small container of food that we are currently using, and a handful of hay .
Pet Quality: Means the animal does not meet requirements for the show table or for a herd animal and will not be sold with a pedigree. A pet quality rabbit is still a nice rabbit-there is nothing wrong with it healthwise or temper wise.
Brood Quality: Means the animal may or may not have some sort of DQ that renders is unshowable but still may be used as a brood doe or buck. Such as a torn ear, broken toe nail, overweight, etc. It may have a fault or DQ that does not affect its ability to breed or produce show quality stock.
Show Quality: Show quality rabbits are determined by the ARBA Standard of Perfection for that particular breed. It has no known disqualifications at the
time of sale and is a good example for that breed.
Once you have read and agreed to our sales policy, feel free to see what we have to offer.
